RETURNS PROCESS:

  • Contact Dakota Decoy at (605) 624-DUCK, or email us at info@dakotadecoy.com
  • Package and seal your return securely and please include your return address information.
  • Return the package to the address given to you.
  • We will notify you via email of the status of your refund/replacement once we have received and inspected the items returned for credit or replacement.
  • Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Dakota Decoy is not responsible for damaged or stolen shipments, or for delays in shipping due to the courier of choice. Claims for such circumstances must be taken up with the courier service.

NO RETURNS will be accepted or credited for any reason without prior authorization.
