The Dakota Decoy Staff’s main objective is to get out and help promote and grow the Dakota Decoy brand of hunting products. As a Dakota Decoy representative, you are typically the first person the general public comes in contact with from Dakota Decoy Company so it is important to make a great and lasting impression.

There are three (3) Different Types of Dakota Decoy Representation:

• Field Staff is a knowledgeable and experienced Sportsmen/Sportswomen who promotes Dakota Decoy in all aspects throughout the hunting industry.
• Outfitter (Business who promotes Dakota Decoy while guiding their clientele)
• Youth Staff
  • High School or freshman college/university students who use social media to promote Dakota Decoy.
  • Enjoy your high school or beginning university years and learn about Dakota Decoy products before becoming a Field Staffer after reaching the age of 19 years of age.
